As Krishna wakes up hungover and disorientated on Garfield's couch, she tries to piece together the events that brought her there. Ignoring constant protests from her family to return home she opts to stay with this stranger a while longer, and begins to understand that the differences between the unlikely pair may be what what brought them together.
‘Garfield’ explores a young woman’s journey to take ownership of her life. Brought up in a strict Indian community, she decides it’s her time to make a defiant push against the cultural expectations put upon her, whatever the consequence.
